What your team will learn

A clearer perspective on change, and how to respond to it well.

Participants gain a better perspective on the nature of change, recognising both its positive and negative consequences. They learn how change affects individuals’ wellbeing and behaviour, and build an understanding of the main drivers of change within an organisation. The workshop covers the stages people move through when responding to change and encourages participants to think creatively about the opportunities change can bring.
