Amid workplace change and the push for personal and organisational excellence, employees can easily find themselves running low on reserves. This workshop gives participants coping techniques and strategies to manage stress and adversity, and builds the flexibility, adaptability, and optimism that underpin long-term resilience. Participants leave with a range of behavioural and cognitive techniques to strengthen both their physical and mental resilience.
