What your team will learn

What it takes to build a workplace culture that actually sticks.

Participants build a clear understanding of what makes up an organisation’s culture, and the forces that drive it toward, or hold it back from, being a positive one. They explore why people resist change, how to help them move through it, and how to reinforce culture by recognising and rewarding the right behaviours. By the end, each participant has identified specific strategies to improve culture in their own workplace.

What we cover

    • What makes up a culture — Understanding the elements that shape an organisation’s workplace culture.
    • Drivers and barriers — Identifying the forces that drive a positive culture and the barriers that work against it.
    • Resistance to change — Understanding why people resist change and how to support the transition to new norms.
    • Positive reinforcement — Recognising and rewarding positive behaviours to reinforce culture.
    • Improvement strategies — Identifying specific, practical strategies to improve workplace culture.
