Foundations of Project Management Workshop
McMillan’s Project Management course is an introduction to project management.
This one-day course is designed to give participants the competency to successfully manage and deliver base-level projects or a section of a larger project. This course teaches participants how to plan, administer and monitor the project, finalise the project and review the project to identify lessons learned for application to future projects.

The one-day session can include the following topics:
- Define the terms project and project management
- Understand the benefits of projects
- Identify the phases of a project’s life cycle
- Sell ideas and make presentations
- Prioritize projects
- Begin conceptualizing their project, including goals and vision statements
- Use a target chart and other planning tools
- Complete a Statement of Work
