Target Audience

Generally this program is aimed at “first level” supervisors or managers who have staff that report directly to them. It can however be modified to be relevant to more senior levels of management.

 

Duration

The sessions mentioned above are normally between half and full day duration each, therefore the duration of this program is dependent on the number of topics chosen and the negotiated time-frame for delivery.
